There are few folks in Bladen County who do not know Ms. Minnie Price and the outstanding citizen she is in our community. A magazine recognized the accolades of Ms. Price’s achievements and gave her the spotlight in their publication.
“Celebrating the Dream as you Tour East” magazine honored Ms. Minnie Price, Director of the Bladen County Youth Focus Project, Inc (BCYFP, Inc.). The publication listed the work Ms. Price does with the non-profit, BCYFP, Inc.
The program Ms. Price spearheads offers the following services to at-risk youth, young adults and families in the community according to the article:
– Empowering youth to engage in positive behavior through awareness actives relating to anger management and conflict.
– Fostering activities to enhance literary.
– Conducting programs and activities geared toward crime intervention and prevention and gang violence.
