Kenneth Brown, a Bladen County resident, had his book, “Me, Myself and Multiple Sclerosis”,  published at the end of last year. Brown was inspired to write this book when he was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Multiple Sclerosis, better known as (MS) is an inflammatory disease in which the insulating covers of nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord are damaged.
The Division on Aging opened their doors to Kenneth, and his fans on Tuesday. Brown signed books, and spoke with his readers. “I am blessed and never would’ve imagined I would be signing books for other people,” Brown said.
The book signing ended at 6 pm on Tuesday. If you missed the book signing and would like more information about Brown’s book, contact Amy Ruffin, Director of Senior Center, at 910-872-6331.
