Family and friends in the Cape Owen Manor subdivision off Owen Hill Road near Dublin held their third annual Fourth of July parade Saturday morning. The parade included children riding bicycles that were decorated in patrotic themes, golf carts and ATVs covered in red, white and blue, at least one riding lawn mower, a boat on a trailer, and walkers making their way down Cape Owen Manor Road.
