Spread the love

WILMINGTON (Oct. 17, 2016) – Hope for the Holidays is a no cost grief workshop offered by Lower Cape Fear Hospice. If you are coping with the death of a loved one, join us Tues., Nov. 8, from 3-4:30 pm at our Bladen County Office, 116 W. Broad Street in Elizabethtown. To register, call 515-6689. Because of our generous donors, these caring, no cost counseling services and programs are available to all. Your donation is always appreciated.

The holidays can be especially difficult for those grieving the loss of a loved one. Grief groups provide comfort, care, support and the tools needed to help you get through this difficult time. Led by our compassionate counselors, discussions include understanding the grief process; coping with loss; defining realistic expectations for the holidays; and suggestions for creating new holiday traditions.

This workshop is part of Lower Cape Fear Hospice’s continuing series of grief workshops offered on the second Tuesday of each month at its Bladen County office, which meet through December.

Lower Cape Fear Hospice is dedicated to providing the highest level of care and comfort to patients with life-limiting illness; support and counseling to families; and education in Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, New Hanover, Onslow and Pender counties in North Carolina, and Horry County in South Carolina.
