Spread the love

Lower Cape Fear Hospice will host Caregivers and Coffee from 11 a.m.-noon Tuesday, June 2, at its Bladen County office, 116 W. Broad St. in Elizabethtown. Another meeting will be hosted from 11 a.m.-noon on Sept. 1.

Every day, staff and volunteers of Lower Cape Fear Hospice see the challenges faced by those caring for loved ones. Caregivers and Coffee was created to offer caregivers assistance and encouragement. Each month, LCFH will offer a Caregivers and Coffee session where caregivers can come, share their experiences, encourage each other and learn about valuable resources and support.

Meetings will be facilitated by hospice staff, but will also feature topics selected by the group, as well as visits from other community organizations. Caregivers and Coffee will include informal conversations, learning opportunities and free coffee.
