A new building that is under construction at Taylor Manufacturing is beginning to take shape. Ron Taylor said that the next step for the building is to install sprinkler system.
He added that the recent rains have had some impact on the construction schedule.
“We’ll eventually get there,” said Taylor.
He explained that the priority is to get the restaurant prepared and ready first so that crews can grade the parking area. Taylor said once the restaurant space is prepared the next priority will be the retail space.
“The front (of the new building) will be 2,000 square feet for the restaurant and the rest of the front will be 6,000 square feet retail outlet for D’Vine Foods products and produce,” said Taylor.
He added that once those areas of the building are complete the focus will shift to the production part of the building.
