The Salvation Army of Wilmington will be accepting application for their annual Christmas gift program on Thursday, October 20, at the Families First Office in Elizabethtown at 9 a.m.
Families First is located at 103 East Broad Street, Elizabethtown beside the Scotchman, across from the Bladen County Courthouse..
