Crops need a shower of rain, some corn beginning to show stress at a critical time. A 50% chance of rain is in the forecast for Friday, 70% Friday night and 30% on Saturday. Of course, those possibilities can change. Heat index values in the range of 100 today and tomorrow.

To make sure I understood the meaning of ‘synergize’, Webster defines as creative cooperation. One other explanation was, “It is teamwork, open-mindedness, and the adventure of finding new solutions to old problems……It’s a process….”
Attended another very informal “educational meeting” in the Tar Heel area yesterday. Enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by Leroy Adams, preceded and followed by educational sessions by experts in their field, all legal and observed by high sheriff of Bladen County. It really is a fun time with senior citizens from across the area.
If we add anymore forms of communication to the already crowded field, before long no one will be able to carry on a real conversation.
Sometimes I think I could reach the Pope or President easier than some local offices, including some health providers. Can’t prove that, cause I have no business calling the Pope or the President, do need to contact medical providers from time to time.
