Sunday afternoon did not go as planned for some people in Bladen County. According to witnesses a female driver ran into a telephone pole causing power outages in Clarkton and Elizabethtown. The wreck was in the vicinity of Agape Ministry Church near Highway 701 in Clarkton.
According to officials, no one was seriously injured and the power outages were restored on Sunday.
