The 11th annual Hogs and Rags motorcycle ride took place on Saturday, April 23. Members of the Cumberland County and Bladen County Sheriff’s departments escorted the  motorcycle ride beginning at the Special Ops Museum in Fayetteville, NC, then  to Rocking-A-Ranch in White Oak, NC and continued on to Myrtle Beach, SC. A member of the Altman family said  “this was the biggest turnout yet with over 215 bikes and over 400 people in attendance.” Participants in the event lined up their bikes and classic cars as they enjoyed a freshly prepared breakfast, great music, a live raffle, free t-shirts and other door prizes.

All of the proceeds from the Hogs and Rags annual ride go to support The American Cancer Society, Kidsville News Literacy and Education Foundation, Ray Price Charities and the Green Beret Foundation.
