Congratulations going out to Bladenboro Middle School for representing Bladen County well in the National Junior Beta Club Competition. The club has been at the competition held in New Orleans this weekend.
According to their mentor and teacher, Mrs. Polly Hancock, who attended the competition with them, the Bladenboro Betas won 5th place in the sculpture competition and 4th in the t-shirt competition.
The group is heading home this Sunday and we are wishing them safe travels. We will have more information and photos to come.
