DUBLIN – Kerron Washington rushed for over 120 yards and scored on a pair of 60-yard touchdown runs to lead West Bladen to a 22-15 jayvee football victory over South Brunswick.
Da’Shawn Hines returned the opening kick-off 70 yards for the first Knight touchdown. Tra’Shawn Ballard blasted his way into the end zone on a pair of 2-point conversion runs.
It had been reported that Hines had scored twice and Washington once – bladenonline regrets the error.
The Knight jayvees will host Whiteville next Thursday at 6:30 p.m.
