The senseless killing of two Virginia TV journalist is more than my weak mind can comprehend….As a father of two, and two grown grandchildren, can’t imagine the pain the family and friends of the deceased are going through…And the pain surely extends to the family of the shooter as well…
I have a suggestion for the leaders of the NC Legislature…They appear to approve of privatizing portions of government…Why not hire professionals to produce a budget…just thinking…From the outside, the process continues to “drag on.”

I was told recently two Tar Heel churches rotate preparing meals for a number of students in the local school so they have food for the weekends…Loving, caring locals, taking care of needy youngsters that obviously receive less than adequate care at home…School personnel brought the issue to the fore front…No names, but God knows….He also knows the “sorry” parents. Too many know how to make them but not take care of them…
