Beginning today, we will pay sales tax on many new items and services, thanks to the NC Legislature.
We will likely have a pretty good idea who the candidates for president will be following Super Tuesday, tomorrow. Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont and Virginia all hold elections. Colorado voters will caucus as well as one party or the other in Alaska and American Samoa. Confused????

Janice was my longtime walking “buddy.”(27 years). We (my bride and I) were not in attendance. We were celebrating the birthdays of our two grandchildren in Smithfield. We visit Janice on a fairly regular basis at the Pender County hospital in Burgaw. She is in the extended care unit there and enjoys company, if you are in the area.
You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
May angels fly with you wherever you roam and guide you back safely to family and home.
