Beginning Monday, February 29, NC DOT plans to close Center Road between Evers Road and James Pait Road in order to replace a crossline and install a new crossline.
The exact location of Monday’s closure will be 0.18 miles west of Evers Road (this is just west of NC 131). This section of road will be closed from Monday morning at 9 a.m. until late Thursday afternoon. There will not be a signed detour. Traffic should use Evers Road and James Pait Road for access around the work area.
